Will there be a DVD or streaming video of the event that can be bought online after the seminar?

As for the moment, we simply are not sure yet.

If there will be one produced, it probably will be distributed to the event participants only, but let´s see.

Can we watch the seminar online?

We are not streaming the event, mainly for the three reasons below:

a) in a sense, that would maybe be seen as little unfair by the people taking the time and investing the money to arrive to the seminar
b) it would be very difficult for us to control the number of people using the streaming service per purchase
c) the Japanese teachers generally don´t agree with on-line learning and/or training, and have repeatedly encouraged students to come to them physically instead.

If Nagato is not coming, who will teach?

We cannot publish the names of substitute teachers in this extreme and very improbable case, but we assure, these are people who the whole Bujinkan community know very well.

I’m wondering if you have roughly the time for each day?

Our preliminary information is, training sessions each day will be:

Friday: 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 16.00
Saturday: 9.00 – 11.00 and 13.00 – 15.00
Taikai dinner & afterparty: 18:00 – 01:00
Sunday: 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 16.00

These times are of the highest probability, but we will separately confirm the training times, once these are announced.

I am enquiring if it is possible to purchase a couple of Nagato sensei’s tai kai t-shirts if I am unable to attend the tai kai as I will be in Japan at this time.

We are not sending any shirts out, but in case you have friend(s) attending, the transport can be organized that way.

Hello. Is it possible to order the package food afterwards, for example?

We are working on this additional service at the moment. Worst case, the organizing team
can add you in manually upon order by email & payment. Please contact info@nagatofinland.com

I have glutenallergy, so i would like to hear if I Can have glutenfree meals for the lunch and the party?

99,99% of restaurants in Finland offer gluten-free options, don’t worry. We’ll take care of all needs.

Will there be training equipment vendors at the site during the seminar?

Probably a few vendors selling a range of equipment and study material will be there, yes.

What is the dresscode for the Taikai dinner?

Formal. We hope, dinner participants would honor Nagato Sensei´s participation by
dressing nicely.

Public transport in Helsinki?

Please go to https://www.hsl.fi/en/travelling/visitors to find all the information you´ll need to
be able to commute easily in Helsinki.

What will the weather be like in Finland?

At this time of the year it is starting to get colder with winter approaching in Finland –
temperature sometimes falls under 0 C but we rarely have snow in Helsinki area at this
time of the year. Do bring warm clothes however.

Pre-registration before Friday?

Yes, there will be a pre-registration booth at Sokos Hotel Tripla reception, open on
Thursday night from 17:30 to 20:30. You will be able to pick up all your pre-paid products
(seminar, dinner, lunch package, T-shirts) here, welcome! NB! The participants with dojo
accommodation will be pre-registrated separately at the dojo, no need to travel to the
registration site on Thursday evening.

Will there be group discounts?

Yes! Please contact info@nagatofinland.com and tell us an estimate of your group size
arriving, we will then send you the discount code you can use in our webshop.

Can I book a seat at the dinner, get the lunch package or a Taikai shirt separately, if I have already
registered?

Yes! Please email info@nagatofinland.com for this and we will send you the payment information
and add your services and products manually.
